A price for your quantity
Instead of list price times quantity you get a quote with a validity date. That is why there are no prices on this page: yours still has to be worked out.

An invoice that clears accounting
A PDF in the company name with every mandatory detail. If you are based in another EU country and the VAT number is valid, we invoice without German VAT.

Core licences worked out beforehand
Windows Server is licensed per physical core, not per device. Tell us which processors you have and we will tell you how many cores you need to license – before you order, not after.

One delivery, one list
Every licence key in a single email, as a clean list you can assign. Installation guides included. Your licence records are done in five minutes.

Reorder on the same terms
Your quote is valid for 30 days. Within that period you can order more licences on the terms agreed – one email is enough.

Proof for your files
Every delivery comes with an invoice and a licence record stating the licence type. Both belong in your licence file, and they are there when somebody asks.

Put it together

Get the quote
We check the list against licensing logic – whether the core count fits, whether another edition would be cheaper – and send the quote as a PDF.

If it works for you, reply to the email. We issue the invoice and confirm the delivery date in writing.

Volume licences go out immediately, everything else within 24 hours – as a list you can assign, with a guide for each product.
Questions business customers ask
From what quantity is it worth asking?
From five licences. Below that the shop price is almost always the best we can do – so you may as well order directly and skip the detour.
Can we pay on invoice?
For companies based in the EU, usually yes. The first order may be prepayment by bank transfer; whatever applies is written in the quote before you agree to anything.
How does the VAT number work?
Enter it in the request. We check it in the European Commission VIES system. If it is valid and you are based outside Germany, we invoice without German VAT and the tax liability passes to you.
How many core licences does our server need?
Windows Server is licensed per physical core, with a minimum of 16 cores per server. Add up the cores across all processors: up to 16 cores you need the 16-core licence, above that the 24-core one. Beyond 24 cores we will work it out with you.
Can we order CALs from you as well?
No. We do not carry access licences for users, devices or remote desktop – you license those directly from Microsoft or through a volume partner. We say so up front so the invoice adds up afterwards.
May we spread the licences across several sites?
Within the same company, yes. A licence belongs to a workstation, not to a building. Passing it on to another company is not allowed.
How quickly do the licence keys arrive after approval?
Volume licences immediately after payment is received, every other licence type within 24 hours. Both dates are in the quote, not just a spoken promise.
Will you advise us on which edition fits?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Write in the request what the workstations are meant to do – we tell you which edition is enough. Often it is the smaller one.
