This is how we make sure that the reviews you see in our shop come from real customers (information pursuant to Section 5b(3) of the German Unfair Competition Act, UWG).
Where the reviews come from
Shop reviews and the review badge come from ShopVote, an independent review platform. We do not show reviews that we have written or selected ourselves.
Who can leave a review
After a purchase we ask for a review once by email – but only if you expressly agreed to this in the cart. In addition, anyone can leave a review directly on ShopVote.
How reviews are checked
ShopVote checks every review before it is published. Reviews with a proven purchase carry the label “Verified purchase” there; reviews without this label have not been checked against proof of purchase.
What we do not do
We do not buy reviews, we do not reward them with discounts or gifts, and we do not filter or delete critical reviews. The owner and staff do not review the shop.
Criticism and replies
We reply to reviews publicly. We only have a review removed if it breaks ShopVote’s rules or the law – for example insults, or if it is proven that no purchase took place.
