Delivery by email
Your licence key, download link and guide arrive by email – usually a few minutes after payment is received, at the latest within 24 hours. Exception: orders with a USB stick are delivered by post.

No shipping costs
Digital delivery is always free. We also send the optional USB stick without shipping costs.
USB stick – Germany only
If you order with a USB stick, you receive the software and product key by post only – with DHL / Deutsche Post as registered mail, usually within 2–3 working days. In this case the key is not sent by email.

These payment methods are available at checkout. The selection may vary depending on your country. We do not charge any fees for payment.
All payment data is transmitted encrypted.

Delivery area
We deliver digital licences by email to every country you can select in the shop. The USB stick is shipped within Germany only.
Prices and invoice
All prices are final prices. For customers in the EU, statutory VAT is included; in other countries you will see the currency and taxes at checkout. You receive an invoice by email for every order – for private and business customers.
Some licences – for example Windows Server, Windows Home and Office Home & Business – are prepared individually for you. You also receive these within 24 hours at the latest.
